Here at Erasmus Cove we have a number of hiking trails leading up to the mountains and down to the beaches and waterfalls.

We have listed the trails by level of difficulty.

McSimon Trace (moderate)

Scenic uphill walk along Erasmus Cove property

Northside Road Trail - Parlatuvier (moderate)

Hike along the entrance road to Parlatuvier. Admire sea birds and exotic wildlife throughout the 1.5 mile trail. Upon reaching Parlatuvier you'll find local parlors and Parlatuvier's only Riverside Cafe featuring creole cuisine. You will also stumble upon the Parlatuvier jetty where you'll meet the local fishermen should you wish to engage in a fishing excursion or perhaps simply purchase some fresh catch of the day.

Northside Road Trail - Bloody Bay (moderate)

Hike along the entrance road down to Bloody Bay where you can cool yourself off with a refreshing swim in the Caribbean Sea or perhaps soak up the rays on Bloody Bay's sandy beach. Rinse yourself off in the fresh water river running through Bloody Bay. Witness the river life and depending on the time of year, watch the Leatherback Turtles coming up to nest.
